  • Yes. Our minimum investment starts at $425 and up. Each design is thoughtfully curated, with pricing tailored to your selected backdrops, balloon styling, custom details, specialty props, and add-on enhancements.

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to installation.

  • Retainers are non-refundable and secure your event date and design planning. Refunds are not provided for circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or venue restrictions. Complete details regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and policies are outlined in your service agreement. We encourage all clients to review their contract carefully for full terms and conditions.

  • Yes, with the understanding that outdoor installations are influenced by weather conditions such as heat, wind, rain, and humidity, and longevity cannot be guaranteed. To ensure the beauty and integrity of your design, we kindly ask that clients have a backup indoor plan in place should weather conditions become unfavorable.
